The verdina lentil is a small, light green lentil with brownish tones. Once cooked, they remain whole, do not shed their skins, and are very flavorful with a rich, creamy texture.

Cooking time : They do not need to be soaked. We boil them for 35 minutes. The cooking time is calculated using traditional cooking methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
