Description
The verdina lentil is a small lentil, light green in color with brown tones. Once cooked, they are very whole, they do not loosen the skin, they are very tasty and have a rich and creamy texture.
Cooking time : They do not need to soak. We boil them for 35 minutes. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
