Large lentils, light green with purplish tinges. They have a very thin skin and a mild flavor. The skin remains intact once cooked.
Cooking time: We will soak them overnight. The next day, we change the water and boil them for 1 hour. The cooking time is calculated using traditional methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
