Salamanca lentil 250g

Large lentils, light green in color with violet touches. They have a very thin skin and a mild flavor. They keep the skin intact once cooked. Cooking time: We will soak them overnight. The next day we change the water and boil them for 1 hour. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
