Lentils originating from the Auvergne region of France. They are small, bluish-green, and not at all mealy. Their flavor is delicate and slightly sweet. They can be used in all kinds of recipes.

Cooking time: There's no need to soak them overnight. Boil them for 40 minutes. The cooking time is calculated using traditional methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
