Black and shiny lentils, small in size and round in shape. They are mainly used in soups, salads, and purées. After cooking, although they lose some of their color, they are tender and have a very delicate flavor. They are the lentils with the highest protein content.

Cooking time : No need to soak them. Boil for 20 minutes. The cooking time is calculated using traditional methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
