Soy lecithin is a natural emulsifier that is extracted from soybean oil. The word lecithin is the term used to refer to a large number of lipids. This is found in foods such as fish, soy, egg yolks, peanuts, milk, cotton, sunflower, among others. However, the most exploited lecithin is soy lecithin, due to its benefits. An intake of 2 to 3 teaspoons of granulated soy lecithin daily is recommended. We can take it mixed in yogurt, juices, milk or alone.
