Description
Semi-whole flour preserves the albumen, the germ and half of the bran present in wheat grains. This provides a large amount of fiber, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins. To obtain this semi-whole wheat flour , grown organically, the grains are ground whole in a stone mill.
