Chickpeas originating from the province of Zamora with Protected Geographical Indication. They are medium-sized with a semi-rough skin. Once cooked, the skin is so thin that it is not noticeable on the palate; the grain is very creamy, making it suitable for any recipe.

Cooking time : Soak the chickpeas overnight. The next day, change the water and boil them for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The cooking time is calculated using traditional methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
