Description
It is made from durum wheat semolina and is very popular in North African cuisine.
To cook the couscous we must pour the same amount of boiling salted water into a container with the same amount of couscous and let it rest, covered, for about 3 minutes. Then, we add a splash of oil, stir with a fork and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
