Description
Vanini Aurum, a white chocolate coating with caramel. Great character, intense, delicate, slightly acidic taste, with perfumes of fruit and spices
Caramel/amber in color, it has a creamy flavor, crystallization capacity and fluidity. Among the ingredients we find sugar (34%), milk powder (30%) and cocoa butter (35%) from our own production.
In pastry, Vanini Aurum combines with all filling creams, small cakes, pastries and glazes. In chocolate, it is suitable for making pralines and glaze coatings, as well as for traditional bars, filled and sprinkled with dried fruit.
