Simón Coll's stone-ground chocolate is a delicious and traditional chocolate variety with a 45% cocoa content. Its unique characteristic lies in its preparation, as it is blended with cinnamon, giving it a distinctive and aromatic flavor. The combination of this percentage of cocoa with cinnamon creates a unique sensory experience, with a perfect balance between the rich cocoa flavor and the spicy touch of cinnamon. PREPARATION:

  1. Heat the milk: Pour the desired amount of milk into a saucepan over medium heat. The amount will depend on how many cups of hot chocolate you want to make.
  2. Chop the Simón Coll stone-ground chocolate and add it to the hot milk. The ratio can vary depending on how intense you want the flavor. For one cup, you could use approximately 30-40 grams of chocolate.
  3. Stir the milk and chocolate mixture continuously until it dissolves completely. You can use a whisk for a smoother texture.

*If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add sugar or sweetener to taste. Once the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is hot, pour it into a mug and enjoy! :)
