Description
Cep (in Catalan) or Boletus edulis is a mushroom with a pleasant aroma and a light hazelnut flavor. It is usually eaten sautéed and is widely used as the main ingredient in mushroom sauces. Laminated and dehydrated Boletus edulis is the best option to enjoy the flavor of this mushroom all year round.
To rehydrate it, let it soak in cold water for approximately 45 minutes.
