The combination of the traditional flavor of Italian pasta with 100% organic vegetable ingredients. It is a pasta made from durum wheat semolina, black carrot and water. It is rich in fiber and vitamin A, the most recommended for improving blood circulation and the digestive system.
This type of carrot owes its black color to a natural pigment called anthocyanin, an antioxidant capable of protecting us from cell degeneration. Its flavor has a slight spicy touch that makes it special to combine with pasta.
