Green Rice 250g

Description

This green glutinous rice is native to northern Vietnam. It is harvested when it is still green and then lightly crushed and dried. It is used for coating, as a substitute for breadcrumbs. Or it can be fried for a few moments to obtain crispy rice. We can combine it with other rice dishes such as Basmati or to accompany salads. The calculated cooking time is five minutes. Boiled in mineral water and on traditional fire .
