Akita Komachi rice for sushi (Ebro Delta)

Specially grown for preparing traditional Japanese and Middle Eastern dishes. After cooking, the grains stick together without losing their integrity. Perfect rice for making sushi.

Instructions for use:

Wash seven times and soak for half an hour before cooking. Cook over low heat, covered. Use two parts water to one part rice. Approximate cooking time: 14 minutes
