Description
It is a short grain brown rice, highly appreciated for its organoleptic qualities and therefore for those people looking for a nutritious and healthy diet. Rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins, in addition to offering essential amino acids like most other rice. Its crunchy and tender texture is perfect to accompany meats, fish or as a base for salads.
Cooking time: We will add twice as much water as in the other rice dishes and let it cook for between 30 and 35 minutes.
Note on cooking time: It must be taken into account that the cooking times we noted have been taken on a traditional gas stove and using a conventional pot.
