Jasmine rice is a long-grain variety originating in Southeast Asia, prized for its delicate, natural aroma, reminiscent of jasmine, and its soft, fluffy texture after cooking. It's ideal for accompanying Asian dishes, stir-fries, curries, and recipes that call for fragrant, light rice.

Cooking time: It is recommended to wash the rice before cooking. Gentle cooking takes approximately 12–15 minutes, using 2 parts water to 1 part rice, until the grain is tender and has absorbed all the liquid.
