Bomba rice is one of the most prized varieties for its excellent culinary quality. During cooking, it doubles in volume, keeping the grains separate and preventing them from becoming mushy, resulting in a firm texture and a clean, balanced flavor, ideal for both dry and creamy rice dishes.

From selected high-quality crops, it has the Delta de l'Ebre (Illa de Riu) Designation of Origin, a guarantee of origin and excellence.

Cooking time: Approximately 19 minutes. Due to its absorption capacity, it is recommended to use 3 parts water to 1 part rice.
