Carnaroli rice is native to Italy and is the best-known variety for making risotto. Carnaroli rice stands out for being cooked evenly and for its high creaminess. Cooking time: Cook the rice for 12 minutes to make soupy rice. For drier or baked rice we must cook the Carnaroli rice for 16 minutes. Note on cooking time: It must be taken into account that the cooking times we noted have been taken on a traditional gas stove and using a conventional pot.
