Bomba Rice 250g

Description

Variety of short, round grain rice with a soft pearly color. It absorbs liquid very well, which allows it not to break but rather to swell once cooked. This peculiarity allows it to preserve the starch, to remain loose and not stick. Bomba rice is the most used to make paellas and soupy rice dishes. It is a clear reference of Mediterranean gastronomy. It is also known as Valencia rice.

Cooking time : Cook for 20 minutes. It must be taken into account that cooking will always depend on the ingredients that accompany the rice and the broths used.
