D´Villalta offers a range of 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils that adapt to all palates. By playing with the ripening of the olives, we can obtain very diverse and interesting aromas, intensities, and flavors. All their oils come from the Picual variety. A traditional variety that provides an extra touch of quality and an improvement in characteristics that are undoubtedly appreciated in the final product.

ENVERO (VERAISON)

The olive ripening process is longer than in Temprano, but without fully maturing. The optimal harvest point can be recognized by finding a similar quantity of green and purple olives on a tree.

It offers a very balanced sensation in the mouth, with characteristic fruity nuances. Recommended for use both raw and cooked, being milder than the mature oil but very stable when heated.
