Description

They are small in size, beige in color with a black dot in the center . These beans have a very intense flavor and a very thin skin, so they need to be cooked briefly. Cooking time: Soak overnight. Boil for 40 minutes. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
