The flattened white bean, typical of León, is medium to large in size, white, kidney-shaped, straight, and flattened. It has a creamy texture and retains its shape after cooking. Ideal for all kinds of stews.

Cooking time : Soak the beans overnight. The next day, change the water and boil them for approximately 1 hour. Shock the beans with cold water at the first boil. The cooking time is calculated using traditional methods (not a pressure cooker) and mineral water.
