Grilled Bean 250g

The grilled white bean, typical of León, has a medium-large size of white color, kidney-shaped, straight and flattened. They have a creamy texture and preserve the integrity of the grain once cooked. Ideal for all types of stews. Cooking time : We will soak the beans overnight. The next day we change the water and boil it for approximately 1 hour. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
