Description

The grain of pinto beans is pinkish in color with stripes and small maroon spots. It has a medium caliber and is rounded in shape. Once cooked, its skin is smooth and soft and the albumen is slightly mealy. It is perfect for stews. Cooking time : Soak the beans overnight. Boil for approximately 45 minutes. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil.
