Description
This bean is characterized by having a small, round and spherical grain, and tricolor: white and the embryo brown and purple.
It is well known for its creaminess and intense flavor.
Cooking time : Soak the beans overnight. Boil for 45 minutes over low heat. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil.
The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water
