Bean Fabada DO ASTURIAS 250g

The Asturian fabada bean is a long, flattened bean, white in color and very smooth skin. It stands out for its large size, which can be folded after soaking. With a pleasant flavor and creaminess, it is especially suitable for making fabada and stews. Cooking time : Soak overnight. Boil gently for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
