Description
These Santa Pau type beans are native to the volcanic area of Garrotxa (Catalonia) and have a small, kidney-shaped grain with a very thin skin. Once cooked, they acquire an intense flavor and a non-floury texture. Ideal to accompany any stew or simply seasoned with a good olive oil. Cooking time : Soak overnight. Boil for 40 minutes over low heat. Frighten the beans with cold water at the first boil. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral waterSKU:293
