Artajo's Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, first cold-pressed and unfiltered, has an intense green color and a compact, cloudy appearance. It belongs to the "green fruity" group. The predominant notes are those of tomato vine or tomato stem, as well as other sweet fruits. On the palate, it has a very pleasant, smooth, and light entry. Its nuances are balanced, primarily of tomato and other fruits. It has a very slight peppery and bitter finish with a pleasant aftertaste.
