TAPIOCA RECIPE WITH COCONUT MILK
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 100 g tapioca pearls
- 850 ml water
- 600 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- To decorate: dried mango
Preparation (1 hour approx.):
Bring the water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls. Boil for about 15 minutes until they become transparent, stirring constantly!
