This soup, in addition to its quick and easy preparation, stands out for its high nutritional content and its easy digestion since the red lentils are peeled. Julienne soup with lentils is perfect to recover from tiredness and the cold of winter. Dehydrated vegetables provide us with vitamins, fiber and minerals and a low calorie content. The presence of peeled red lentils provides us with high-quality vegetable protein and a large dose of iron. Ingredients (2 or 3 servings):
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Salt
  • 6 tablespoons of dehydrated julienne soup (45 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of red lentils (60 g)
Elaboration:
  1. Boil the julienne soup in the salted water for 10 minutes.
  2. Clean the lentils with water and add them to the julienne soup.
  3. Boil the soup for a further 20 minutes and serve.
Secret ingredient Enhance the flavor of each of the ingredients by replacing 1/3 of the mineral water with bottled Sea Water. Remember that this water already contains salt!
