  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over very low heat until there are no lumps.
  2. Reserve 300 ml of coconut milk and cool.
  3. Leave 100 ml of coconut milk in the saucepan and add 2 ounces of chocolate. Stir the mixture over very low heat until the chocolate melts. Cool.
  4. When the 300 ml of coconut milk are cold, add sugar or sweetener and 5 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir very well and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to the coconut milk and chocolate mixture. Sweeten to taste if desired. Stir and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
