vegan ''cheese'' recipe , as an alternative to cheese that comes from animal milk.

This is a simple and relatively quick recipe. It has a delicious flavor that is ideal on toast and even on the base of pizzas! Try this delicious alternative and enjoy cheese again.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup of chickpeas
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
ELABORATION
1. We mix all the ingredients in the blender and beat them until we obtain a more or less homogeneous mass.
2. Next we put it in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the dough is cooked.
3. After a few minutes we remove it from the heat and put it in a bowl that we have previously greased with oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
4. We wait long enough for the dough to reach room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
The longer it spends in the refrigerator, the more consistent the cheese will be.
