It is a time of little time and a lot of work. Vacation days are approaching and many of us have just enough time to cook, while we close pending work matters. That's why today we bring you an easy, fun and original recipe. It is a dish that can please both adults and children: Textured Soy Nuggets. It is a perfect dish to accompany a salad or a light starter, for example, and its main ingredient is soy and flour. Soy is a high protein ingredient and used as a vegetarian alternative to many other animal products, as it surpasses eggs, meat and milk in protein. That is why it is considered one of the most important ingredients for vegan and vegetarian diets. Soy also reduces the risk of osteoporosis, is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber and is a source of minerals: magnesium, iron and calcium. In this recipe we will mix the soybeans with some other ingredients, such as cumin, garlic and vinegar, which will add a more flavorful touch. Ingredients:- 150 gr of textured soy

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of flour
