Vegan chocolate custard

There is nothing more delicious to enjoy as a snack or after a meal than a custard dessert, and even more so if it is chocolate. We already know that one of the main ingredients of custard is milk and eggs, which makes our vegan friends very sad. Therefore, today's recipe is designed mainly for vegans so that they do not miss out on eating this exquisite dessert. We will replace the animal milk with vegetable milk, you can choose the one of your preference. Almond milk has a slightly sweet flavor that will be very good for you, it has a high nutritional value mainly in vitamin B6 and E. Meanwhile, soy milk is a little saltier with an interesting contribution of carbohydrates. You can also use oat or rice milk. As for eggs, you can achieve the same texture using corn starch, you will see that the same degree of viscosity is achieved without changing their rich flavor. Let's start our recipe today!
