  • Water
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano, turmeric and pepper
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
PREPARATION 1. One day before, soak the black beans for 12 hours to hydrate them. 2. Boil them for approximately 1 hour until they are soft 3. Cook the quinoa in boiling water for 14 minutes and drain it with a cloth until no water comes out. 4. Once we have the beans and quinoa cooked, we begin to crush the beans in a large bowl until we have a compact mass. 5. We add the quinoa and all the spices to the bean mass 6. We finish by adding the breadcrumbs 7. Tomato paste 8. After having all the ingredients in the same bowl, mix very well until there is a completely homogeneous mass and the spices have been perfectly integrated with the mixture. 9.
