The warm buckwheat salad is an ideal dish for vegan cuisine , it is a very healthy recipe that brings together a variety of textures that are pleasant to the palate such as tofu, raisins, carrots, tomatoes and onions and the exquisite aroma cannot fail to be highlighted. that is generated and can create addiction due to its qualities. Ingredients (2 servings)
- 120 g buckwheat grains
- half block of tofu
- tamari
- 6 halves of dried tomatoes
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon old-fashioned mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
5. Chop the onion and fry it.
6. In the same pan where the onion was sautéed, sauté the tofu in the pan for a few minutes until golden.
7. Cut the tomatoes and carrot into pieces.
8. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat, raisins, tomatoes, carrot, onion and still warm tofu.
9. For the vinaigrette, mix the oil, mustard and honey and mix well. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
