  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 small pepper
  • chickpea flour (3-4 tablespoons)
  • 100 ml water (as needed)
  • garam masala
  • salt
  • oil for frying
Preparation (45 minutes approx.): 1. Wash all the vegetables. 2. Peel the potato and carrot. 3. Chop or grate all the vegetables. Drain excess water. 4. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables and add salt and a teaspoon of garam masala. Mix well.

5. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of chickpea flour. Stir well. 6. Add water little by little until you obtain the desired consistency. It should not be too liquid or too dry. The texture should be reminiscent of béchamel. 7. Heat a frying pan with oil. 8. With the help of a spoon, take the fritter dough and put it in the very hot oil. Make the fritters in batches of 4 or 5 until the dough is finished. The fritters should be well toasted.
