BATTERING INGREDIENTS ? 110ml. water ? 1 tsp. Vinegar ? 60gr. Chickpea flour

ELABORATION
1. In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion. 2. Then add the rice and toast it a little. 3. Add the water and cook over medium-high heat until the water is absorbed and the grain is soft. 4. While cooking the sliced ​​plantain on the grill with a little oil and then mash it with a fork in a bowl. 5. Grind the rice in a processor. 6. Mix it with the banana and pea protein. 7. Shape it into small bites with your hands. 8. In a bowl add the water, vinegar, salt and chickpea flour, dissolve well to make the non-egg. Pass each bite through the non-egg and breadcrumbs.
