This vegan cake, by avoiding ingredients of animal origin, is much lighter and fluffier, making it much more beneficial for your digestive system. The recipe, which does not include milk or butter, improves and lowers your cholesterol levels and, by not containing sugar, reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes. It is the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert for this summer: a sweet orange aroma, a light texture and a flavor full of nuances. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup corn flour (polenta)
ELABORATION: 1. We place the cut and peeled apples in the blender along with the raisins and orange juice, salt and cinnamon. 2. We crush it and mix everything and transfer it to a container (mold) to bake. 3. Next we heat the oven to 200º and add the polenta to the previous mixture. 4. With the help of a wooden spoon we mix everything and when we have a homogeneous mixture we put it in the oven for 35/40 minutes at 200º.
