INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO ICE CREAM
- 1 large ripe frozen mango, diced
- 1 glass of frozen yogurt, cubed
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 2 Handfuls of frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen ripe banana, sliced
- 1 medjoul date
1. We put all the ingredients in a chopper and process until forming a smooth paste.
2. We pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes so that it takes on the consistency of ice cream.
3. IMPORTANT!
You have to take it out of the freezer twice and beat it with a spoon with circular movements and return it to the freezer, this is to break the crystallization and make the ice cream creamy.
