Of the most requested vegan dessert recipes, vegan donuts are the ones that top the list. Therefore, together with @vegetableworld we have decided to help you prepare the most delicious ones without having to use ingredients of animal origin. The special thing about this donut is that it combines chocolates, cashews and laminated coconut. And happiness is a basic ingredient for eternal youth, and how can you not be happy eating these delicious donuts. Ingredients for 10 units Solids : 110g strong flour 100g of brown rice flour @casa_perris A teaspoon of baker's yeast Liquids : 220g oat milk 4 tablespoons agave syrup A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons EVOO One mashed banana (118g) a pinch of salt Coverage : 50g dark chocolate to melt One teaspoon of liquid coconut oil A tablespoon of chopped coconut sheets @casa_perris 4 cashews chopped @casa_perris Preparation : 1. In a bowl, mix the solid ingredients. 2. Next, we add the liquids and mix everything again with the help of a kitchen whisk. We cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 1 hour. 3. Preheat the oven to 200° for about 10-15 minutes. 4. We spread the dough in a donut mold and put them in the oven, about 25-30 minutes (depending on each one's oven) at 180°. 5. We take them out of the oven and let them cool on a rack. 6. Meanwhile, we prepare the coverage: - We melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in the microwave or in a bain-marie. - Chop the cashews. - We chop the coconut sheets. 7. Dip the top of the donuts in the melted chocolate and pour the cashews and laminated coconut on top. 8. To finish, we put them in the freezer/refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
