The most rolled salad is, without a doubt, the lentil and avocado salad rolled in tasty slices of smoked salmon. This dish combines all the good things that salmon has: proteins, omega 3, sodium and vitamin B12 plus all the properties of lentils: fiber, folate, protein, iron, magnesium and zinc. In this case we have chosen caviar lentils, they are the best for this type of preparation and as always, we recommend buying raw legumes, if so, remember to soak them for 1 hour.

Aesthetically you will surprise your guests but you will devastate the flavor if you follow all of our steps below. Ingredients (8-10 rolls)  
  • 80 g lentils caviar
  • 8-10 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 small spring onion
  • 4 pear cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • salt
Preparation (1 hour soaking + 35 minutes cooking + 15 minutes preparation approx.): 1. Wash the lentils and let them soak for an hour. If they are not soaked, the cooking time will be a little longer. 2. Drain the lentils and boil for about 35 minutes. Drain and let cool. 3. Chop the onion and tomatoes. 4. Cut the avocado and add to the onion and tomatoes. Mash with a fork until everything is well integrated. 5. Salt to taste and add a splash of lemon so that the avocado does not oxidize. 6. Spread the mixture in the center of each slice of salmon and roll up. Enjoy!
