Spicy smoked spaghettini with shrimp

Excellent choice to prepare a recipe with spaghettini! Spaghettini is considered the diminutive of a type of long pasta. On the scale of thickness of its manufacture, it belongs to number 3, that is, it is not as thin as fidelini nor as thick as spaghetti. Furthermore, the spaghettini that we have used in the recipe are made in Catalonia in a completely artisanal way, from heart wheat (triticum turgidum), spicy smoked paprika and water.
