It is simply a matter of preparing them with the sweet honey and then adding salt to our liking, following the simple steps of the recipe. To prepare them you will only need to have between 20 and 30 minutes available and an oven. Peanuts are also an ideal nut to have a leading place in a healthy and balanced diet. Sweet and salty peanuts

Ingredients
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 150 ml honey
  • 200 g raw shelled peanuts
  • salt
Preparation (30 minutes approx.): 1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC. 2. In a saucepan, put the water and honey and bring to a boil. 3. Add the peanuts and let it boil for 2 more minutes. 4. Strain the peanuts and place them on absorbent paper. 5. Cover a baking tray with sulfurized paper and spread the peanuts. Add salt to taste. 6. Bake the peanuts at 150ºC for 10 minutes. Stir when they have been in the oven for 5 minutes. 7. After 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 120ºC and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown. Constantly monitor so that they do not burn. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!
