RECIPE FOR NO-BAKING SPELLED BARS

Ingredients (20x15 cm mold approx.) For the mass:
  • 200 g spelled flakes
  • 20 g pecans
  • 20 g peeled raw pistachios
  • 20 g raw almonds with skin
  • 20 g cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia
  • 100 g Medjoul dates (pitted)
  • 2 level tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
For coverage
  • 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
Preparation (90 minutes approx.): For the mass: 1. Put all the dough ingredients in a food processor and blend. It can be done in 2 batches if the robot is small. 2. Place the mixture on a tray or container (approx. 20x15 cm) lined with baking paper and apply pressure to leave the dough smooth and with a homogeneous thickness. 3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and freeze for at least one hour. For coverage: 4. Mix the melted coconut oil together with the cocoa powder. Mix well. Mounting: 5. Take the dough out of the freezer and spread the topping over the dough. With the help of a brush, spread the coverage well before it hardens. 6. Put in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. 7.
