How to make homemade spicy oil?

Ingredients
  • 300 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 bird's eye cayenne peppers (According to our taste, we can add more or less chillies)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • black pepper and allspice grains (10 grains total)
Preparation (approx. 15 minutes + 2 weeks rest): 1. Peel the garlic and cut it into thick slices that fit through the hole in the bottle where the oil will be stored. 2. In a saucepan, put the oil, the chopped garlic, the cayenne peppers and the peppercorns. 3. Turn on the heat and wait for the oil to start making small bubbles. Lower the heat to minimum and leave for about 2 minutes, making sure the oil does not get hotter. 4. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 5. Transfer the oil, cayenne, garlic and pepper to a bottle or jar and leave it stored in a dark place for about 10 or 15 days. Enjoy!
