Agar-agar is a word that means jelly and it is a gelatinous substance that is obtained from several species of algae. It has also become known as vegetable gelatin, widely used in China, Japan and Korea and entered Europe in the mid-19th century. Today it is easy to find on the market in the form of strips and is used as gelatin in desserts and also as a thickener in pudding, flans, sauces and cakes. While seitan is made from wheat gluten, it is a meat substitute that provides calcium, iron and magnesium to the body. It can be made in the form of meatballs, stews or batter. In our recipe today we will learn how to combine these delicious exotic flavors in a highly nutritious salad. - black sesame
- For the vinaigrette:

- 1 splash of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom honey
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter without salt or sugar
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
