Pizza in naan or pita bread

INGREDIENTS
- 300gr. whole wheat spelled flour
- 300gr. strong flour
- 210ml warm soy milk
- 1 glass of natural soy yogurt
- 7gr. instant baker's yeast
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 20ml. EVOO
- 1 tsp. pink salt
Elaboration:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add the flour, yogurt, syrup and salt and EVOO and finally the milk with the yeast.
Mix well and knead until forming a homogeneous dough.
Form a ball with it and let it rest for 1 hour in a bowl greased with EVOO and cover with a cloth.
When it has risen, we put it on the counter with flour and divide the dough into 8 parts and form balls.
With a rolling pin, stretch each ball and try not to leave them too thin.
Place a frying pan over medium heat, spread it with EVOO and toast the bread on each side. Bubbles should come out and inflate and turn them over.

80gr. grated cheese
fried tomato
olives
onion
mushrooms and avocado

First fried tomato then the violife grated cheese and then the following toppings. (The filling is to taste)
