Turkish order

Turkish Pide is a traditional accompaniment to Turkish cuisine. It is a flat bread that is consumed during Ramadan. It is also known as ''Ramazanpidasi'' or what is the same as Ramadan asking. Unlike other Turkish breads, this one has yeast in the dough and a filling is also prepared. And for the presentation, as a delicious option, it has sesame seeds on the top that combines very well with the flavors provided by the filling. This bread is traditionally consumed in urban or street cuisine in Turkey, and its fillings vary according to the region where it is prepared, incorporating local ingredients. The filling with vegetables and feta cheese is the most consumed. However, it is not limited to this taste, and seasonal foods can be incorporated into its filling.
