Spelled and curry spirals (250g)
These magnificent curry spirals are made from a cereal closely related to the variety of spelled called Triticum dicoccum or farro. They are handcrafted in Catalonia under the strictest quality standards, resulting in high-quality products. This pasta has curry as its main ingredient and its preparation method is very simple, let it boil in salted water for more than 3 minutes and that's it. They are accompanied with vegetables, seafood or fruits as it combines very well.
Heart wheat radiatori with nettle (250 g)
Radiatori is a type of short pasta that stands out for its color and shape similar to that of a radiator. Its ecological presentation is made in Catalonia in a completely artisanal way. The ingredients with which it is made are heart wheat flour (triticum turgidum), egg, nettle and water. It cooks quickly, taking at least approximately 6 minutes in salted water. This type of pasta is almost always used to give life and joy to dishes, and it is also a good complement to salads.
Spelled and pesto kurvarines (250 g)
Kurvarines are a type of pasta whose raw material is spelled (Triticum dicoccum) or farro, egg, basil and water. Its particular shape, somewhat flattened with ruffles on its edges, makes this pasta when cooked a true work of art on our plate. The presence of basil provides a delicate flavor and the pesto sauce is an excellent companion for it. A perfect combination! It cooks quickly and only needs to be boiled for at least 8 minutes in salted water.
